“The view of summer” is scenery of summer and strong sunlight is felt.
Although “布打” read “Nunouchi”, it was not understood what kind of work it was.

“Machichi-yama” is a name of the mountain which Hiroshige Utagawa is probably also drawing.
With this picture, it is an impression like Arashi’s Naka.
“It is cowardly” is a meaning as it is, and it is drawing the cowardly person.
However, probably being drawn behind those who escape is visible only to a supernatural creature, and it will be unavoidable even if it escapes.
Considering a dress, it seems to be the person who was doing defense of the circumference of night somehow.
「夏の景」「布打」「真乳山」「臆病」が描かれています。「夏の景」は夏の風景のことで、強い日差しが感じられます。「布打」は「ぬのうち」と読みますが、どういう作業なのかわかりませんでした。恐らく布の加工段階の一つか、洗濯などの作業なのかと思います。「真乳山」は恐らく歌川広重も描いている山の名前です。この絵では嵐の中のような印象です。「臆病」はそのままの意味で、臆病な人を描いています。しかし、逃げる人の背後に描かれているのは妖怪にしか見えず、逃げても仕方がないでしょう。服装からすると、どうやら夜回りの警備をしていた人のようです。
