「魚売」「沖の景」が描かれています。江戸時代の魚売りは、棒に桶をぶら下げて天秤のように担ぎます。鮮度が落ちるため現在の魚屋のように待っていては危なく、売歩くのが主流のようです。左下には小犬が見えます。右側は恐らく海岸沿いの景色を描いています。夜なので月が出ており、恐らくは渡り鳥が飛んでいます。断崖の先にお堂らしきものがあり、静謐ながら雄大な世界観を感じます。
