It seems that it reads with “Waremokou” and writes it as “吾木香(waremokou)” with “Sanguisorba officinalis” now in many cases.

「朝顔」「源氏浮舟」「芋に地榆」が描かれています。朝顔はヒルガオ科の花。「源氏浮舟」は、舟に乗る男女が描かれており、恐らく源氏物語の「浮舟」のことだと思われます。「芋に地榆」と書かれていますが、定かではありません。「地榆」とは「ワレモコウ」と読み、現在では「吾木香」と書くことが多いようです。バラ科の多年草で、秋の野草や下痢止めとして知られています。
