I express a variety of plums with eight petals called Yae plum.

Sasa leaves also appeared a bit.

八重梅という八枚の花びらをもつ種類の梅を、様々に表現しています。
枝の表現には目を見張るものがあり、簡略な線からボリュームや質感さえも感じます。
笹の葉も少し登場しています。
全て部分的な絵なので、習作のような雰囲気です。
一見物足りなく見えますが、よく見るとその部分だけでそれぞれの特長が伝わることに気づきます。
つまり、部分で様子を伝えられる程の描写力であると言えます。
