A “tea treef” and “winter cherry root grass” are drawn.
“Tea treefs” is evergreens of the department of Tubaki.
It is a tree which becomes a basis of tea leef which serves as materials of tea as a name.
It may be conscious of the season for tea picking to serve as a seasonal event and to draw a tea plant in Japan.
“Winter cherry root grass” is a perennial herbaceous plant of the department of Oxalis corniculata called “カタバミ(katabami)”
Although the clover is resembled, it is a completely different plant.
Although one more was drawn, an applicable plant was not found with the Chinese character of “碎菜草(rengesou)”
However, if reading is seen, “milk vetch” and since it has withered, I will think whether probably milk vetch may be sufficient.
「茶樹」「酸漿草」が描かれています。「茶樹」は「ちゃのき」書かれており、ツバキ科の常緑樹。名前の通りお茶の原料となるお茶っ葉のもとになる木です。日本では茶摘みは季節の行事となっていて、茶の木を描くことは季節を意識しているのかもしれません。「酸漿草」は「カタバミ」と呼ばれるカタバミ科の多年草です。クローバーに似ていますが、全く別の植物です。もう一つ描かれていますが「碎菜草」の漢字では該当する植物が見当たりませんでした。しかし、読みがなをみると「レンゲソウ」とかかれているため、恐らくレンゲソウでよいかと思います。
