It is “Mt. Fuji” currently drawn most in Japan.
The upper picture is written to be “Fuji during winter”, and is Mt. Fuji which covered with snow in winter.
Snow is added to the magnificence of Mt. Fuji and a mystical aspect is presented.
As a picture, the group of a bird is drawn on the left and it seems to be the one scene of a movie completely.
The ridgeline in Mt. Fuji has massive in itself, and snowy softness, thickness, etc. are felt.
The lower picture is written to be “Fuji of dawn”, and though simple, the exact depiction which looks minute is made.
In order to express the morning sun, the shade of Mt. Fuji is delicately expressed according to surface unevenness.
The lump of clouds is stationed on the left of light and an opposite direction, and the direction of light is further expressed strongly with the line of the gently-sloping slant from the lower right to the left in Mt. Fuji.
It is wonderful composition.
